"Opportunity in the Global Arena for Young Leaders" The Creative Leadership Summit and Creative Young Entrepreneur (CYE TURKEY) Program aim to bring together leading figures in the entrepreneurship world to uncover creative potentials. Organized by JCI Turkey and JCI Izmir under the motto "Push The Limits," the summit will take place from April 26th to April 28th at the Palm Wings Ephesus Resort & Hotel.

“Opportunity in the Global Arena for Young Leaders” The Creative Leadership Summit and Creative Young Entrepreneur (CYE TURKEY) Program aim to bring together leading figures in the entrepreneurship world to uncover creative potentials. Organized by JCI Turkey and JCI Izmir under the motto “Push The Limits,” the summit will take place from April 26th to April 28th at the Palm Wings Ephesus Resort & Hotel. The event will bring renowned entrepreneurs and investors together to offer participants an unforgettable experience. Additionally, the finalists of the competition will have the opportunity to compete in Europe, and if successful, they will represent Turkey on a global scale.

The summit will explore the concept of creative leadership by pushing boundaries and discovering internal potentials. Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills through inspiring speeches, panels, workshops, and discussions.

Starting with business connections from the first day of the summit, the program will continue with opening speeches and talks on creativity. International speaker and author Jay Johnson will provide insights into directing creative minds.

The program will also feature discussions on creative leadership and the transformative power of women led by prominent figures like Nevzat Aydın, Ersan Öztürk, Emine Erdem, and Münteha Adalı. Additionally, Sezai Hazır and Alphan Manas will share insights into the creative leadership perspectives of global companies.

Mustafa Bayındır, Founder of Nöron Education Center, and Erdem Erem, Faculty Member at Ege University, will address creative entrepreneurship in the future world. Following the CYE TURKEY competition and jury evaluation, the program will continue with a gala, concluding with a speech by Psychologist Ferhat Aydın on unconventional careers and career building.

In addition to panels on creative leadership, the summit will host social and entertaining activities. Magician Ahmet Küçükdoğan will mesmerize the audience with a magic show pushing boundaries, followed by a DJ performance to delight participants.

Participants will have the chance to network with world-renowned speakers and enhance their creativity. On the final day, the program will begin with a trip to the Ancient City of Ephesus, where participants will explore creative leadership in the footsteps of history.

“Rising of Young Leaders in the Global Arena: CYE TURKEY Program”

The CYE TURKEY Program aims to motivate young entrepreneurial leaders and provide support in the field of entrepreneurship. Organized to introduce and support young entrepreneurs on an international platform, the program began accepting applications on March 1, 2024, with the final scheduled for April 27th. The program aims to propel young Turkish entrepreneurs onto the global stage and aims for successful ventures to achieve “unicorn” status. It offers entrepreneurs various advantages such as training, access to investor and advisory networks, and the opportunity to participate in national accelerator programs. During the competition, business presentations will be made, and the four finalists will compete in front of summit attendees and investors, providing a significant learning experience for both the finalists and observers.

About JCI Izmir and JCI Turkey:

Admitted to JCI membership in 1987, Turkey has been operating under the name JCI Turkey ever since. JCI Izmir, a branch of the JCI Turkey affiliated with Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs, has been working with young people aged 18-40 for 31 years in line with the UN global goals. In Turkey, it operates under a statute prepared in accordance with the Law on Associations of the Republic of Turkey, and under this statute, it carries out its activities under the name of Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs (JCI) Association.
