Netaş Boosts 2024 Revenue to 9.2 Billion TL, In 2024, Netaş made significant strides in the technology sector, achieving a remarkable 32% increase in sales revenue, reaching 9.2 billion TL. The company also experienced an impressive 50% growth in received orders compared to the previous year, totaling 10 billion TL in new contracts.
Operating in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, Netaş continues to expand its presence across telecommunications, information technologies, and its newly entered mobile phone market. Leveraging its innovative approach and strong R&D capabilities, the company has seized new business opportunities and forged strategic partnerships, allowing it to diversify and solidify its position as a key player in the industry.
The telecommunications segment led the way in order growth, with a staggering 74% increase from the previous year, raising its share of total orders from 32% in 2023 to 38% in 2024. Meanwhile, the system integration segment remained the dominant force in total orders, growing by 35% to reach 5.3 billion TL, maintaining a commanding 53% market share.
A major milestone for Netaş in 2024 was its return to the mobile phone market, where it recorded 49.4 million TL in first-time orders. The company’s entry into this sector, coupled with its strategic alignment with global tech giant ZTE, underscores its commitment to staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.
CEO Sinan Dumlu reflected on the year’s successes: “2024 was a landmark year for Netaş as we re-entered the mobile phone market after many years. We have already launched our 5G-compatible Nubia smartphone models.
Turkey is on the verge of a new era in communication technologies, and both telecom infrastructure and end users must be prepared for 5G. Alongside our main partner ZTE, we are ready for this transformation—not just with ZTE’s hardware but also with locally manufactured Netaş telecom infrastructure products such as microwave transmission units and direct current power systems. Additionally, with the Netaş Cloud server, Turkey’s first domestically produced server, we have expanded our production capacity to 12,000 units annually and secured international collaborations.
In the defense sector, we formed a strategic partnership with TAAC Aviation Technologies, a joint venture of TUSAŞ and Altınay Defense, to play a critical role in aviation technology. Through our expanding portfolio and strategic moves, we remain committed to making Netaş a leading technology company in Turkey and beyond.”*
