IC Enterra Renewable Energy, a subsidiary of IC Holding with over 25 years of expertise in the energy sector, has appointed Cem Aşık as its new CEO. Aşık is set to lead the company’s robust growth trajectory both domestically and internationally.
In December 2023, Taşkın Kızılok, who previously served as General Manager and spearheaded IC Enterra’s journey towards a public offering, transitioned to the role of Deputy General Manager responsible for Business Development at IC İçtaş Energy Investment Holding A.Ş. Kızılok will leverage his extensive industry experience to foster new projects across the IC İçtaş Energy Group, while Aşık focuses on steering IC Enterra’s expansion in renewable energy initiatives.

Expressing his commitment to a forward-thinking approach, Cem Aşık emphasized plans to invest in sustainable projects that bolster Turkey’s energy security. About Cem Aşık
Cem Aşık is an alumnus of Istanbul Erkek Lisesi and holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Hacettepe University, followed by an MBA from Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ). Beginning his professional career in 1989, Aşık has held senior management positions in information technology and telecommunications. He served as General Manager at Sanko Energy and later provided consultancy to leading energy companies through Rengo Consulting. Since 2018, Aşık has been the President of the Electricity Producers Association (EÜD) and, since 2022, the Vice President of the TOBB Energy Assembly. He actively participates in various energy committees and advisory boards across several organizations. Aşık is married with one daughter.
