BNP Paribas Cardif, Turkey’s most comprehensive insurance platform, crowned its customer satisfaction success with a new award. BNP Paribas Cardif ranked 1st among pension companies and received the Diamond Award. The award, which BNP Paribas Cardif won for its efforts to bring customer satisfaction to the top, was presented at a special ceremony held at Mandarin Hotel The Bosphorus on February 19.

A.C.E (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards, Excellent Customer Satisfaction Achievement Awards, have been organized by Şikayetvar since 2015. Turkey’s brands that provide the highest customer satisfaction are determined by the Customer Experience Index created by Şikayetvar based on more than 1.5 million customer satisfaction surveys throughout the year. In the creation of the index, detailed calculations are made under the headings of response rate, complaint rate, resolution rate, satisfaction level, thank you rate and brand preference rate (churn avoidance rate).
