FORTE TECHNOLOGY’S NEW STRATEGIC MOVE IN THE DEFENSE INDUSTRY. In the first quarter of 2024, the company initiated discussions for a strategic partnership that will lead a major transformation in the sector.

As part of this initiative, Forte Information and Communication Technologies has officially begun negotiations with SSTEK Defense Industry Technologies Inc. (SSTEK), a 100% subsidiary of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Defense Industry Agency, to acquire 100% of the shares of MILSOFT, the first and only domestic company in the industry with a CMMI Level-5 certification.

Both companies, having contributed to numerous strategic projects in the defense industry, aim to combine their expertise, technical capabilities, and vision to deliver next-generation solutions by 2025. This partnership is expected to enhance the development of high-tech defense systems with local and national resources and set new industry standards. Forte Information and Communication Technologies, a trusted name in innovative software and system solutions, seeks to expand its influence in the defense sector through this acquisition.

Established in 1998, MILSOFT specializes in Command, Control, Communication, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) Technologies, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Image Evaluation Systems, Tactical Data Link Systems, Embedded Systems, Combat Management Systems, Electronic Warfare, Information Technologies, Cyber Security, Training, and Simulation.

The discussions between Forte Information and Communication Technologies and MILSOFT are expected to progress further in the coming months, leading to projects that will shape the future of the defense industry.
