Istanbul Digital Art Festival to Kick Off at AKM on May 2nd! The Istanbul Digital Art Festival (IDAF), now in its fourth edition, will commence on May 2nd at the Atatürk Cultural Center. Organized by Mezo Digital with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey and sponsored by PASHA Bank, the festival will once again bring together significant figures in the field of digital arts from both domestic and international arenas. As Turkey's first and only international digital art festival, IDAF will host workshops for children and youth, panels, visual and auditory performances until May 5th.

Digital Art’s Heart Will Beat in Istanbul!

Organized by Mezo Digital with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey and sponsored by PASHA Bank, the Istanbul Digital Art Festival is gearing up to open its doors for the fourth time. Taking place at the AKM from May 2nd to May 5th, the festival will host over 50 national and international artists, including prominent figures in the field of digital arts.

Themed “Search Reality,” the festival aims to explore how artists’ works interact with the concept of reality in digital arts and virtual worlds, and how this interaction transforms human experience.

Pioneering Figures of Digital Art Will Converge at IDAF!

Curated by Rahim Ünlü, Julie Walsh, Samed Karagöz, Niyazi Erdoğan, and Artificial Intelligence Avind, the festival will feature works by leading figures such as Ahmet Zahid Dönmez, Friedemann Banz & Giulia Bowinkel, Jean-Michel Jarre, and many more.

Open to All and Free of Charge!

The festival, open to all and free of charge, will feature auditory and visual performances in music, gaming, cinema, and fashion sections. Additionally, various panels and workshops on topics such as Technological Harmony, Digital Transformation, Machine Aesthetics, Creative Coding, AI Anime Drawing, FCR Experience, Lego Workshop, Advanced Transformation-Art Workshop, and more will be held.

Neci’s Digital Adventures, a theater play beloved by children and widely popular, will also be staged once again.

Dr. Nabat Garakhanova, Chairman of the MEZO Digital Board and Digital Transformation Expert, expressed their joy in organizing Turkey’s only international digital art festival, inviting art enthusiasts of all ages to rediscover the digital world at the Istanbul Digital Art Festival.
