United Payment, which operates in 6 countries including Turkey, continued its growth with a transaction volume of 100 billion TL in 2023. The brand doubled its money transfer and wallet transaction volume and increased the number of POS customers by 85%. Maintaining its growth ambition in existing verticals, United Payment will grow in new markets and new areas with its new projects in Open Banking in the new period. United Payment, one of the leading companies in financial technologies, achieved significant successes with its domestic and international activities in 2023. In 2023, United Payment, which also pioneered many firsts, was one of the first companies to complete the certification process in Open Banking and received approval for expansion of its activities. United Payment, one of the first e-money companies to receive approval for the FAST system, which enables fast money transfers between banks at all hours, also offered its users the option to send money to the Easy Address (KOLAS) with the FAST service.

Number of active money transfer users exceeds 1 million

United Payment, which carries out the largest money transfer operation in the country and the region, started money transfer processes in Georgia after Azerbaijan in 2023. United Payment, which launched payment services from abroad to Turkey with the world-famous Terrapay, increased the number of transactions in international money transfer by 20 percent and the transaction volume by 85 percent in 2023 compared to the previous year. United Payment, which reached a total of 1 million active customers in money transfer, doubled its total money transfer volume in the last year. In addition, through Turan Wallet, one of its subsidiaries, the company launched money transfer transactions to Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and TRNC via Payporter. Last year, United Payment and its business partners realized the highest number of money transfers to the UK, USA, Germany, France and the Netherlands.
